Welcome Party: Smart casual – dress comfortably but stylishly for an evening gathering.

Wedding & Baptism: Formal attire. For gentlemen, suits or dress shirts with trousers. For ladies, cocktail dresses or formal outfits. The ceremony will take place outdoors, so please consider appropriate footwear.

Yes! We welcome children at all our wedding events. Please indicate the number of children attending when you RSVP so we can make appropriate arrangements. There will be a special kids' area during the reception with activities and supervision.

Yes, shuttle transportation will be provided from major hotels in Heraklion and Rethymno to both event venues. The shuttles will run before and after each event. Detailed schedules and pickup locations will be sent to all guests closer to the wedding date.

Please arrive at Ktima Pavlaki by 5:30 PM on September 12th. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend allowing extra time for travel and parking, as the venue is quite popular during wedding season.

Yes, there is ample free parking available at Ktima Pavlaki. We recommend carpooling if possible. Valet service will also be available for those who prefer it. The parking area is a short walk from the ceremony and reception areas.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you submit your RSVP. Our catering team can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergies.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. For those who wish to give a gift, we have a honeymoon fund that will help us create wonderful memories on our post-wedding travels. No physical gifts are expected – your love and support mean everything to us.

Yes! Photographs and videos are encouraged, as long as you share themm with us! Feel free to take photos during the reception and other events!

September in Crete is beautiful! Average temperatures range from 20°C to 28°C (68°F to 82°F). Evenings can be slightly cooler, especially near the coast, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. Rainfall is minimal, and we're hoping for clear skies for our outdoor events.

Please RSVP by June 1, 2026. This gives us enough time to finalize seating arrangements, catering numbers, and other important details. If your plans change after you've RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible.
